Terms and Conditions. SAHIC organizers reserve the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending the event.

Registration Fee. The registration fee is payable in advance and includes presentations, documentation, refreshment breaks, lunch and evening receptions.

Refunds/Cancellations. If you cannot attend the conference we are happy to accept a substitute colleague at any time. Please submit a written notification with the new participant name. If you have to cancel entirely we can offer you a full refund for all cancellations received in writing by 15/Aug/09, less US$ 25 service charge. We regret that no refunds can be made after the 01/Sep/09 deadline. In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience.
