Mr. Bojan Kumer is Marriott International’s Regional Vice President, Lodging Development, Caribbean and Latin America, based in Miami, Florida.  Mr. Kumer is responsible for hotel and branded residential development for all Marriott brands across the Caribbean and South America.

Mr. Kumer brings 20 years of experience within Marriott’s Corporate Finance, Lodging Development and hotel Operations organizations.  Bojan began his career with Marriott working in the Finance department at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.  Afterwards, Bojan held various positions in Corporate Finance at Marriott’s corporate headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland including responsibility for managing financial reporting for 15 Marriott entities in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting the company’s financial planning processes (Budget and Long-Range Plan), and providing support to Treasury, Investor Relations, Global Asset Management, and Lodging Development.  Bojan later worked in Development Finance and worked on complex financial transactions and M&A transactions which resulted in the growth of new Marriott branded hotels worldwide. In 2020, Bojan was promoted to his current role as Regional Vice President, Lodging Development, Caribbean and Latin America.
