Graduated as an Architecture from Finis Terrae University, with post-graduate studies in Urbanism, Landscape, Preservation management and restoration.

She has worked in the hotel sector since 2008, when she was the Design & Construction Manager for W Santiago, Chile.

Later, becoming Design and Construction Manager for Starwood, Latin America division collaborating with their growth in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, and Mexico.

In 2017, Magdalena joined Marriott Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Project & Design manager leader for Latin America.

Magdalena is responsible for the opening of select and premium service hotels for more than 15 brands.
