A veteran of Master Planning and Landscape Architecture, Marco Larrea is a Principal at EDSA. Throughout his career, Larrea has taken industry-leading ideas further to ensure his designs are more than aesthetically pleasing and culturally appropriate, but realistic and implementable.

He consistently considers a site’s history and realities, town interface, implementation strategies and a property’s unique characteristics in his design. Larrea’s extensive portfolio includes a blend of cutting-edge projects such as the Rosewood Mayakoba and St. Regis Punta Mita in Mexico, Four Seasons Okinawa in Japan and Serena del Mar in Cartagena, Colombia.

Larrea is an alumnus of Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture and attended the Central University of Ecuador, School of Architecture.
