Her career has taken her across Canada, Bermuda, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and India, shaping her global perspective and understanding of diverse workforce dynamics.

A committed advocate for strategic leadership and governance, Amrita serves on several boards, including the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association Education Fund (CHTAEF), where she supports education and professional development across the region. She is also an Allied Member with the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), an Advisory Board Member for Women in Tourism and Hospitality Canada (With.org).
