Executive Vice President at CBRE Brazil and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Danilo Monteiro brings over 25 years of experience to the real estate industry. Since 2000, he has managed the Capital Markets team, spearheading strategic acquisition and divestment transactions for both domestic and global investors.

With a multidisciplinary approach, Danilo consolidated his leadership by taking over the Land Services department in 2010 and the Hospitality division in 2016. Specializing in high-complexity technical projects, he operates at the forefront of development structuring and capital raising for new business ventures.
