Florencia is Managing Director of SAHIC Latin America & The Caribbean, the leading investment forum for the hospitality, tourism, and related real estate industries in the region.
Since joining SAHIC in 2017, she has played a central role in the development and execution of the conference. She leads the program agenda, curates and engages high-level speakers, and oversees the overall operation of the event, ensuring a seamless and high-impact experience for participants.
With more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Florencia began her career at the Alvear Palace Hotel, where she trained under industry leaders, including Arturo Garcia Rosa. She later held senior roles in Food & Beverage and operations, including Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Emperador Buenos Aires, and General Manager of Ristorante BICE Buenos Aires, where she positioned the brand among the city’s leading Italian dining experiences.
Her strength lies in combining operational excellence with a strong understanding of the industry, bringing together key stakeholders to foster meaningful dialogue, generate business opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of the hospitality and tourism sectors across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Desde su incorporación en 2017, ha desempeñado un rol central en el desarrollo y ejecución del evento. Lidera la agenda del programa, la convocatoria y curaduría de speakers de alto nivel, y la operación integral del foro, asegurando una experiencia fluida y de alto impacto para los participantes.
Con más de 35 años de experiencia en la industria hotelera, inició su carrera en el Alvear Palace Hotel, donde se formó junto a referentes del sector, entre ellos Arturo García Rosa. Posteriormente ocupó posiciones de liderazgo en Alimentos y Bebidas y operaciones, destacándose como Directora de Alimentos y Bebidas del Hotel Emperador Buenos Aires y como Gerente General de Ristorante BICE Buenos Aires, posicionando la marca entre los principales referentes gastronómicos de la ciudad.
Su fortaleza radica en combinar excelencia operativa con un profundo conocimiento del sector, articulando a los principales actores de la industria para impulsar el diálogo, generar oportunidades de negocio y contribuir al crecimiento del sector en América Latina y el Caribe.
