Maria Seijas has been working at IFC for the past 15 years, having lead transactions for more than US$2 billion. She is currently leading new investments in the manufacturing, real estate, retail, health and education sectors in Brazil. Before joining the Brazilian office, she was working in the Buenos Aires office, where she was responsible for new business and portfolio in the Southern Cone. Ms. Seijas holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad de San Andres, a Master in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, an MBA from IAE Business School, and is a CFA charter holder.
