Mario Mathieu is the Chief Operating Officer of APEX Hospitality Global, where he partners with owners, brands, and destinations to create experience-driven hospitality projects across hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.

Most recently, he held senior executive roles at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, where he was instrumental in the launch and global development of Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, as well as other branded experiential concepts, including the Hasbro Destination Resort and Monopoly Mansion, represented through HB Hospitality, which he also leads.

Earlier in his career, Mario spent over a decade with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. With more than 35 years in the industry, he is deeply passionate about hospitality and focused on creating new opportunities through innovative experiences, meaningful storytelling, and operational excellence.
