Sarah joined Marriott's Mixed-Use Development Team in 2019, bringing her nearly decade's worth of transactional experience as a hospitality lawyer in the UAE with her. 

Sarah lead negotiations on over 75 hotel and residential deals globally and was named in Legal 500’s list of “Next Generation Lawyers” for her notable hospitality work prior to joining Marriott.  Her legal background, as well as commercial and negotiation skills has allowed her to hit the ground running at Marriott, supporting the rapidly growing branded residential business in North America, Caribbean, and Latin America. 

Over the last 6.5 years, she has successfully executed over 90 residential projects across Marriott’s 18 brands in the residential space in over 40 new markets, with several projects achieving record pricing and absorption in that market. 

She was named as a “Rising Star” by HOTEL magazine due to her passion about the residential business and her close collaboration with developers and sponsors to drive results.
